As a tenant, I have had the pleasure to work with Kayla and Teresa as my property managers, and Kong when he was working to sell the unit that I was renting in previously, in my 2 years tenancy with Motion Property.

All of them were exceptional and displayed true professionalism with their work. They were responsive and flexible with any last minute changes or requests.

Kayla and Kong were extremely helpful in helping me to find a new property to rent when the unit that I was staying in previously was sold and the new owners wanted to move in. They have ensured that the move was as stress-free as possible.

Teresa also helped out tremendously to find a new tenant when I failed to find someone to transfer the lease to and had to break it, so that I do not have to pay rent unnecessarily.

It is difficult to part ways with Motion Property, as I have had a great experience as a renter with them.
