Weekly Leasing Update:

Week 1

Campaign Snapshot
° Leasing Launched: Inspections have officially commenced, and initial enquiry levels are exceptionally strong.
° Early Feedback: Prospective tenants are highlighting the abundance of natural light, the functional island bench kitchens, and the high-tier resident facilities as major drawcards.
° On-Site Activity: Daily inspections are currently underway, supported by targeted digital marketing and local community outreach.

For Your Attention
° Keys: We are pleased to confirm all keys have been delivered to our team for a smooth and efficient tenant handover.
° Defects: Please note that builders have 90 days post-settlement to rectify approved defects. We will coordinate and facilitate access for any necessary repairs in instances where tenants have already moved in.

We are confident that the strong start at North Lane will continue to build momentum. We look forward to keeping you updated as we secure the best possible outcomes for your investment.

Week 2

Some highlights:

• Strong Inspection Numbers: This past week has seen record inspection attendance, with a healthy flow of tenancy applications coming through.
• Tenant Feedback: Renters are responding very positively to the lifestyle offering at North Lane, particularly the convenience of the location, the fitness and wellness spaces, and the resident lounges.
• Marketing & Exposure: Alongside daily inspections, our team continues to run targeted digital campaigns, enquiry re-targeting, and local outreach. We have also completed a 3,000 home letterbox drop across the surrounding area to drive additional awareness.

As an added value for our landlords, each owner will soon receive a virtual 360° walk-through of their apartment. These are currently being prepared and will be shared with you shortly once ready.

The level of enquiry and tenant sentiment we are seeing gives us confidence that North Lane is quickly establishing itself as a highly desirable rental address in North Melbourne, and we will continue to keep you updated as leasing progresses.
