Yashu brings over three years of experience in property management, backed by a strong understanding of leasing operations, renter relations, and portfolio management. Starting his career as an Assistant Property Manager, he quickly progressed to managing a portfolio of more than 200 residential properties—demonstrating both capability and commitment.

Known for his calm and considered approach, Yashu focuses on delivering positive renter experiences while keeping portfolios compliant, well-maintained, and running smoothly. He thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys contributing to a high-performing team.
